Ordering: You are now able to place an order online using our secure shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All orders will be processed within 24hrs of placing them online.

Shipping: Standard shipping is processed through insured USPS Priority Mail. Once you order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Shipments via USPS usually ship within 2-5 business days.  You also have the option to ship via UPS.

Secure Shopping Guarantee:Papel New York uses Merchant Warehouse as our secure transaction processor. Ordering online with Papel is completely safe. This process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet. To further protect our customers from identification theft, our shopping cart never writes your credit card number to disk or database, the card number is discarded from the computer’s memory once your transaction is complete.

14 day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Return requests are super EASY! Merchandise in it’s original packaging with a valid receipt are to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery and are valid for EXCHANGE only.

  • All merchandise must be unopened, unused and in original condition.
  • We have the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet Papel New York’s Return Policy requirements.
  • There are no exchanges on single sheets of wrapping paper.
  • All merchandise purchased “ON SALE” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

3 Easy Steps:

  • Email us at shop@papelnewyork.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing the reason for return.
  • Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  • Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Papel New York within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and fourteen days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

  • It is our recommendation that returned items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS. We also recommend all tracking numbers of returned packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Papel New York does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Papel New York can not accept any packages that are sent (COD).
  • An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
  • If the return is approved, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid and sent via email. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be applied. Shipping charges and import duties are not included in merchandise credits. Your credit has NO expiration date, and can be used online or in the shop.
